I hope you love your purchase, but if you don’t, you have 10 days to contact us to initiate a refund and return in exchange for store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Downloadable products are exempt from the refund and return policy and are not eligible for refunds and returns once purchased. Additionally, sale items are ineligible for returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email support@potionsnpaper.com to initiate the refund and return process.

Please do not send your purchase back before reaching out to us, as we cannot ensure receipt or processing of the return.
